“The very best relationship has a gardener and a flower. The gardener nurtures and the flower blooms.” ~Carole Radziwill
In my garden studio, the lines between art and creation blur, creating a seamless tapestry of inspiration. As May unfurls it’s petals, I find myself immersed in a world of vibrant colors, flourishing blooms and heady scents.

My lush garden landscape attracts some of my favorite birds, including chickadees, sparrows, finches, nuthatches, flickers, hairy woodpeckers, doves and jays, to name a few. The return of the hummingbirds, delighting at our nectar feeders, is a special treat. A pair of crows have been visiting almost daily as well for the past few years. They greet us with a either a “hello or meow”, depending on the day!

“In the presence of a dogwood tree, one can’t help but feel a sense of wonder and awe.”
“The blossoms of a dogwood tree are like delicate petals suspended in the air, bringing beauty to all who behold them.”

"A garden to walk in and immensity to dream in—what more could he ask? A few flowers at his feet and above him the stars." ~Victor Hugo
