Your artwork, greeting cards and other gift items are packaged with care by myself or a  trusted helper.  We aim to pack and ship your treasures within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order.

Promotions & Events: During busy sale events, processing times may take a little longer—thanks for your patience!

Where We Ship: Currently, we’re only able to ship within Canada and the continental U.S. (I’d love to reach more places in the future—stay tuned!)

For all art & gifts shipped from my studio, I ship across Canada via Canada Post or Purolator, depending on your location. Please allow 2-12 business days for delivery.

I'm happy to ship my art and gift items to my clients in the U.S.! Below is everything you need to know about my shipping policies, including an important update on new U.S. tariffs that may affect your order.

Some recent changes to U.S. trade policies that could affect your order.

Will I Be Charged Additional Fees?
Possibly. As of today, the U.S. government may impose additional tariffs, duties, or taxes on certain imports. This means that your package might be subject to extra charges when it arrives. Since I don’t have control over these fees, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes upon delivery.

Could There Be Shipping Delays?
Maybe! These new regulations might lead to increased customs inspections, which could mean longer delivery times. I will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience.

What If I Refuse Delivery?
If an order is returned because duties weren’t paid, or if the carrier couldn’t reach you, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking charge.
